The Trumpf TC300PW – turret punch press with incorporated plasma cutting delivers economical and flexible sheet metal parts production. With 30 tons of punching power the machine has exceptional positioning accuracy and high speed processing.
The dual torch Hypertherm PowerMax plasma uses CNC control module to deliver high-speed cutting and marking. The machine is equipped with 12,000 x 2,700mm cutting table to accommodate various customer demands, improve functionality and productivity and reduce the setup times.
For steel plate cutting above 25mm (1”) thickness, the company uses Zinser 3003 gas-oxy fuel cutting machine with CNC path control which also includes an optical control too. The machine has 4 torches and the working dimensions are 6000 x 2500mm with maximum cutting capabilities of 150mm (mild steel).
Steel and other material bars, rod or tubes are cut using the Double Column Bandshaw Machine ALF560 with max diameter of processed material up to 560mm (22”). The machine features include: electronic speed adjustment, hydraulic blade tensioning, motorized turn table, hydraulic clamping digital degree display, hydraulic vice with linear guide system.
Our 200 ton brake press with CNC control combines high productivity and accuracy and is capable of bending length of 3050mm (120”). The company has a 70t Hydraulic press which completes the cutting-bending process line.
